• Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:

  • Issuing reminders regarding your membership and the expiration dates of important documentation we hold on file for you

We store personal information securely on our computer systems. Restricting access to those who have a need to know, and for staff who need to know we train them in handling the information securely.


Through Google Analytics, we collect anonymous information that helps us to improve our website. We use Google Analytics to examine how people interact with our site, gathering information using cookies. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and marketing materials. We cannot and will not use this information to identify you.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you’ve signed up for email alerts, you can unsubscribe or change your settings at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ link that appears in every email. Alternatively, you can contact Save Face at any time to tell us not to send you any future marketing material.

We will pass your information to a limited number of third parties. This will be done with your consent, to provide you with the services you requested or to meet our legal and contractual obligations.

The data sharing will be done for the following reasons: -To contact certificate issuers on your behalf following your request for a validation of document submitted by yourself or a specific service.

We will provide the verifiers with the information you provided to us when you subscribed to our website or by contacting us over the phone or through social media channels. This will include the contact information you provided.
